PayPal payment going in a loop

Having issues with Paypal not working at the moment.  I click to pay for an item, selected as I always do to use Paypal and it takes me to the wallet screen, click to pay, it will seem like it's processing but will loop me back to the wallet screen to choose a payment method again.  It does this without any error messages of any kind. No declines or anything. Anyone else having same issue? Thank you

If you are not using your PayPal balance you might want to log in to PayPal and make sure your back up payment method (credit card?) information is up to date ... like Expiration date, 3 digit code on the back of the card, etc.
