PayPal as payment - new seller

Not to sound redundant, but when a buyer uses PayPal as the form of payment for a “new seller’s” listing, is that considered the “fastest” way to be paid? (Meaning funded from eBay) Of course, I am referring to after all of the sellers duties (shipping, labels, tracking #, communication, delivery of item) are fulfilled. I’m trying to get the shortest window possible from eBay during my “new seller” probationary period.  Is there anything I’m missing, or any settings I am not aware of, to get funded in the shortest time? Any input is greatly appreciated. ✌️
