Password change

After receiving an eBay email notice about a location that is different than mine, I changed the password. After changing the password, I receive another eBay email notice saying the location that they identified as mine was the same as the one stated in the first notice. Any follow up ideas to resolve this.?

Location information is provided by your internet service provider, and it may correspond to your provider's headquarters rather than your own location. If you use a VPN or a hotspot, or certain privacy software that can affect the location displayed.

If the time and browser type displayed correspond to your own sign-in activity, you can ignore the location.

You may be able to avoid getting such messages regarding your own sign-ins by using the same browser, device and network address, and by not deleting eBay cookies.
