I shipped 5 glass Ball Jars to a buyer packing them very well with tissue paper and bubble wrap as well. When the buyer received package all was fine and buyer then forwarded package onto China for gifting. When pkg arrived in China one of the glass jars was broken. Buyer left rude comment on my page so want to offer a partial refund to the person who purchased jars. They kept the 4 that were not broken. I charged $22.00 for all 5 jars and was thinking that refund of $8.00 would be appropriate for 1 broken jar. How do I do this and do I need to go through Ebay to refund money or do I contact buyer directly offering to do this?????? I feel so stupid sometimes doing this reselling but cant find answer to this question anywhere. Any assistance greatly appreciated. Thank you everyone!!! Linda J.
