Parcel arrived, but item was stolen

I received my World War I medal yesterday. However, the small parcel box was on the floor by the mailbox. The parcel  was open, and the medal was missing.  Please advise how to contact EBay about this.

Theft after delivery is something to work out with your insurance company and the police. If the parcel was removed from you mailbox (federal offense - tampering with mail), or left on the floor because it would not fit, then also talk to your local post office about what postal procedures were violated.
