Hello I had a completed sale 3 days ago and the buyer paid and chose local Pick up. I can see they live in Alabama and I live in Minnesota. I have contacted the buyer 3 times with no response - twice to arrange local pick up and the last time to offer to refund if this was a mistake. No response from the buyer at all. At what point do I just cancel the sale and refund the money?
