Hello. A few days ago I bought an item, this morning, I felt the need to check on seller because I had a bad feeling about seller. I tried to message The seller and they closed down their acct after I purchased item. I cannot message seller at all, they did not ship item and I was wondering will ebay refund my money? I already disputed the refund. Would like to speak to ebay through chat or phone but having hard trying to do that.
