Vehicle sales work differently than other sales on eBay. You pay a downpayment/deposit, but then you pay the full payment to the seller in person usually, or sometimes you can use Caramel to finance it now on eBay.
Just to make sure, did you originally find the vehicle on eBay? Not on another site and they told you eBay would be facilitating the sale?
