I paid for an item on 12/19. I went this morning to check and see if it had been shipped and ebay indicates "We removed this listing from the site. For more information and next steps go to messages. For information about delivery, view your order details."
i have nothing in my messages from them. (i just double checked). What are my options? I had checked with the seller to find out when it would ship and heard nothing. Do i just ask for a refund?
