I won an auction for a bobcat track loader. seller received full payment by wire and promised to ship in a few days. now the transporter wouldn't reply, the seller blocked my number and the original listing is taken off ebay. I couldn't even file a complain through ebay links because it couldn't find the listing number. can anyone help with this situation? thanks
