I recently sold two items and accidentally delivered them to the opposite customers! How do I create a shipping label and send it to the customers so they can print the labels themselves and drop the items off at the post office so they will reach the correct customer?
Or do I have to have them open a return claim and send the items back to me, Where I purchase new shipping labels and resend them to the correct owner??

@kylak_39 I've been there, I think many sellers have made the same mistake ONCE when starting to sell. After that I started writing the buyers name on the packages before I attached the labels.
The correct way to handle this so that all parties are protected is to have the buyers file return requests for wrong item sent. You approve and pay for the the return shipping label. You REFUND the buyer once the item is returned. Next you relist the item so that they can buy the correct items again.
