I have a purchase that never arrived. The seller uploaded a tracking number that doesn't show up in USPS system but they are claiming USPS delivered the item. I have contacted my local post office and they never received anything nor delivered anything. The seller said I need to contact eBay as the tracking number is from their system. UI cannot find any way to contact someone from eBay. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
