Package lost, I was paid, now what?

Hi. USPS won’t admit they are holding a package.  I have been notified I am being paid. I can’t reach a human. What do I do?  Thank you. Bill

Are you the buyer or the seller?

What does the tracking actually say?

You were notified by whom that you were getting paid and paid for what?

Why do you think USPS is holding the package?
