Package delivered, status not updating

I had a buyer purchase two things of mine, so I sent them together with a handwritten label and no tracking number. However, now ebay is still saying the packages have just been dispatched and my funds are on hold. The buyer said they recieved the items but cannot click delivered so I'm wondering if I'll ever get my funds. Does anyone know what I can do to get my money? TIA!

This is why you always ship with tracking.  The best you can do is mark the items shipped without a tracking number from the drop down menu next to the items.  You will have to wait your maximum hold time before payment is released, unless buyer files a claim for non-receipt, which you will lose.
