@sandrfishe-7 You need to always verify your address on the checkout page when shopping on any site.
Other members have reported that the address correction is not "sticking" unless they do these steps>
ADD a new address and THEN delete the old one in account settings. Be sure to update ALL of the shipping addresses.

The seller is only responsible for shipping to the address provided on the checkout page. When / if the item is returned to the seller then you have to pay to ship the item again.
