PS5 Scams?

Anyone know anything about these NEW PS5s being listed for like $220-$250 by sellers that have been members for about 2 months or less and no sales history. It seems kinda sketchy but does offer eBay guarantee. Is this legitimate?

@tfliam88  If a deal is too good be true then it probably is.  

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee if the item doesn't arrive by the last estimated delivery date.  OR if it's not as described you have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a refund request. 

If they are trying to pull a scam they will be disappointed because your payment will not be released for 30 days since they are new.  AND tracking needs to show delivery.  

Another thing they won't like is that your payment will be held so that means eBay will force a refund from the sellers back up payment method OR they don't have one they take it from the sellers checking account.  The original payment is only released to the seller after your refund clears.
