This Seller sent me a PHONEY BOTTLE OF REALITIES BY LIZ CLAIBORNE  and, I Have PROOF but, everything is, "Submit a Report", but then you fill a report out and Submit, and it says, their having trouble with  reports uploading and Their Sorry for the Inconvenience! I Paid 169.18!!! For a Fake bottle of perfume!!!! I'M LIVID!!! WHAT DO I DO!!!???

@jeansim3560   Are you saying that the system is not allowing you to file a return request?   Or are you just trying to report the listing?  Don't worry about the listing report as the return request will go on the sellers record.   

The eBay Money Back Guarantee over rules the sellers return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to file a not as described return request.

Here's what you need to do:

Open a return with the reason doesn't seem authentic  OR doesn't match pictures or description
