Overpaid shipping adjustment

Does anyone know why I would have received from eBay A message saying that there was an overpaid adjustment on the postage. What does that mean exactly? Does the overpayment become a credit to Me, the seller or, the buyer question

Overpayment means the carrier - probably usps - found the package weighed less than the weight on your label and is refunding the difference. The refund goes to you, in your seller payment account.
