Original USPS tracking number needed

I had a customer return an item.  Now I need to do a damage claim with USPS and need the tracking number.   I went to the item in my sold section and all I can see is the tracking number that was used to return the item to me.  How do I find the tracking number I entered to my customer when I shipped it to them?

Try looking at the order details in your payment account - click on the payment, then click order details.  You can usually see the tracking # there. https://www.ebay.com/sh/fin

Unfortunately, usps may deny your claim since the item has been shipped again, but I know some people have had the claims paid anyway.  Good luck.
