If you are looking at your Summary page and not seeing tracking info, try viewing your Purchase History page instead.
eBay has been modifying both pages, but at the moment I see tracking on the Purchase History page.
Use the "Tell us what you think" link on either page to let eBay page developers know your opinion of the new pages.
