Order picked up with no code

An item I sold for local pick up has been picked up.  The buyer had ID and no code.  They have not responded to my request for the code.   How do I get it marked ad picked up?

You can mark it shipped, but not delivered or picked up.  In your list of sold orders, select mark as shipped next to that item.

The buyer did have a code if the item was sold with local pickup, he just didn’t know where to find it.  I’ve had to help a couple of buyers - it is in their payment confirmation email.
