The address can't be changed. You will need to contact the seller and see if they are able to cancel your purchase. They can relist it and you can try to buy it again making sure to give the correct info.

 The seller is not required to cancel.

Your seller won’t see your post here.  You need to contact them directly.  They’ll have to cancel the transaction and have you repurchase and repay, making sure you have the correct address this time.

Sellers can’t just change an address because you tell them to; they are required to ship to the address attached to the payment.
