Order not showing up in my purchase history, but got email from eBay saying order was in

On September 7, 2022, I ordered 4 rectangular sling inserts and was told I would get said items by the 19th.  I did not.  Worse, is that the order does not show up in my purchase history and my purchase history seems to have been wiped out or never created.  So, how can I see if the item was shipped or not and seek a refund if eBay claims I never purchased it?
