Order not received

Seller provided a fraudulent tracking number, we did not receive the product, did not get a refund and were scammed by merchant happy home.

Order not received

If the tracking number shows no movement, or shows delivery to a zip that does not match the zip on your checkout receipt, then open an "item not received" request in your Purchase History. You will have 30 days from the anticipated delivery date to open the request.  If tracking shows delivery, be sure to state that tracking does not show delivery to your zip. 

 

If tracking does show delivery to your zip, more will be needed. You will probably need to contact the carrier to verify whether the tracking number you were given was destined for your address. If it was not, then request a statement from the carrier indicating the tracking number does NOT match your address [be sure they include your address]. Submit that additional information in your "item not received" request.  You can then escalate that request by contacting support using the "contact us" button at the bottom of this page and typing "agent" into the chat that opens:

If the 30-day window has already passed, and you are no longer covered by eBay, you may need to challenge the charge through your payment method (bank or card).
