Order is not showing on acct

I believe I checked out as a guest and now the seller contacted me about the item being lost but I can't contact him back because the order number isn't showing anything.  I have my confirmation emails, and ones from the seller saying it was lost. Any help would be much appreciated. Is there a way to speak to a real person thru ebay?? Thank you
