I bought an item and mistakenly sent it to the wrong address...I contacted the seller to cancel the order and the seller replied saying the order was canceled and a refund has been issued...that was since November 19th and up now I haven't received my refund...I contacted the seller again and they are saying they did issue the refund check with ebay.. how do I check with ebay concerning this issue and has anyone experienced this and what did you do?

Not sore what kind of account you have. American? English? Dutch?
