Open US company and transfer eBay account

Hello, I would like to know if anyone has ever opened a US company and then transferred their eBay seller account from another country to the US with this company. If so, what happened and what are the steps to follow?

It would depend on what you mean by transferring the account.  If you want to have your account in France and an account in the USA then each account will have to stand on its own.  If you want to only have an account on the USA eBay site then you contact the French customer service people and have the site registration changed to eBay USA from eBay France.  Be aware that you will need to have a checking account in a USA bank to verify and receive payouts to.
