Open Case

Hi, 

we have an open case due to close today and I believe we have furnished all the shipping information that was requested.  This item was shipped out and shows it was delivered.  We do not know what else we can do to prove we did everything correctly and hope you are not going to rule against us as the tracking shows delivery.  I feel badly if the buyer didn't receive it, but this happens way too often and we cannot afford to absord. the costs on items that the buyers say they never received.

Please advise.

If tracking shows the item delivered to the zip code on the buyer's payment, the case should close in your favor.

 

After the case closes, you might send the buyer a note explaining that since the package shows delivered, he needs to go to his post office with the tracking # and ask them to look up the delivery. Since the scanner have gsp, they can see exactly where his package was delivered, and should attempt to retrieve the package for him if it was mis-delivered.
