Basically, the item was listed as New (Other), Open Box. There were pictures of the box, front and back, in the listing. The full description said "Open box. Sealed package." To me, if it is pictured in the listing and is, reasonably, associated with the product being sold, it is included in the listing, unless otherwise specified. Do others see this as the case? I want to be sure before pushing this issue. The seller stated that "Open Box" items don't necessarily have toy come with the box, and that the pictures were for display purposes only. The pictures were NOT marked as "display only" and no other information was given to indicate the box was not included.
For context: this was for a Lego set where, when the box is included, it definitely affects the price/value. Not sure if this link still works, but here's the listing

If the item did not match what you saw in the pictures and description, which it sounds like it definitely does not, I would open a return with the reason as Item Not As Described. The seller will need to send you a return label or issue a refund within 3 days. If they do not, you can go back to the return case and ask eBay to step in.
