Online account won't let me add a payment/purchasing method (credit card)

HELP! How do I add a payment/purchasing method (credit card) to my account?? I have tried everything. Can't even get tech support from Ebay. So frustrating when trying desperately to buy an item!!!

When I choose add credit card the button at the bottom stays grayed out. The + sign doesn't work either.

Try another browser to rule out a browser issue. Preferably the latest version of a popular browser with default settings and no add-ons installed.

Try another device to rule out a device issue, particularly if you are using an unsupported operating system.
