One order number, one tracking number, package arrived but did not contain all items.

I can't get through the Ebay help system with this problem. My order was for two items (different colors) but only one was delivered.  The two separate items have the same item ID and order number.  Is this a scam?  Order number is 22-13188-40172 and seller is a18030_80a18030_80.

I am sorry that happened! 

 

You should open a Return Request. The reason could be  "Missing Parts & Pieces" OR "Different from what I ordered > Didn't Match Description" if the item you got was not what was shown and described.
