I'm needing to speak with a representative that is a human, and alive that can help me with my eBay account. I've been on the phone speaking with an automated assistant that lead me around In circle to information on a website, I don't need information, I need help from a real person. I'm so so fed up that I am very close to closing my account because of this automated system that does nothing but waste my time and make me die sooner than I would have!

@schola41 If this is in regards to the feedback left unless you have tracking that shows delivery eBay is not going to remove the red donut. They MIGHT remove the comment and leave the red donut.
