I have received an offer on my listing but requests international shipping to Great Britain. I'm new to this and my first sale so any advice on ALL will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!
I want to accept price for item but I only have US shipping rates. Can I review offer and add eBay's Global shipping to this offer? How do I handle this please?
TIA
Melissa
@barbienme You can't add shipping options after the listing has offers. I would decline the offer. If you do not have international shipping then the buyer needs to give a USA address at checkout and use a package forwarding company.
You need to set up your buyer requirements.
Just saying you only ship to the United States does not stop buyers from other countries from bidding on your items
Go to My eBay > Account > Site Preferences
Set up your buyer requirements:
Have received 2 Unpaid Item strike(s) within 12 Month(s)
Have a primary shipping address in a location I don't ship to
Have a feedback score of -1 or lower
Are currently winning or have bought 5 of my items in the last 10 days and have a feedback score of 5 or lower
Also make sure that all the locations you do not wish to ship to have check marks in Shipping Preferences: THIS IS ALSO WHERE YOU CAN ADD THE GSP.
Click the Edit link next to Exclude shipping locations from your listings. Put a check mark next to locations you do NOT want to ship to.
Select the states, territories, countries, or regions you don't want to ship to.
Click the Apply button to save your selections.
