If I add a "Seller Note", who sees it? I was trying to offer reduced shipping on a specific item and couldn't figure out how to do so using the shipping policy. So, I added a Seller Note. Did any potential buyer see it? Am I bound by the discount for the person that did buy it?

Seller Notes are only for the seller.  Your buyer did not see the note.  Your buyer pays whatever s/he saw in the listing when s/he made the purchase.

Thanks. Now other than changing a shipping policy, or sending an offer to 'watchers', is there a way to attach a message to an item? Since this was an Auction, eBay would not let me change the description so I could add a shipping discount there.
