Notes to self not working today

On the eBay website, Notes to Self on my watched items have disappeared and I cannot add any new ones.  Also I can now only display a maximum of 100 items watched per page. 

On the eBay app, my Watched items have disappeared.

Is anyone else experiencing this?  I there a known outage or maintenance going on?

Never mind.  All is back to normal.
