Not working remote for LED 60W Searchlight..

Hi all. I purchased a LED 60W search light with remote.  Now I try to mount it but remote is not working.  In product information it is mentioned that remote may not work as it may need a connection reset and seller would send "how to do information" if such a problem exists. 

I tried to approach the seller hardly get a response saying that he will send me a video link which shows the fixing methodology of the problem. Unfortunately. No link arrived yet and seller sent me a wrong e mail address that I found the correct one and tried to approach.  

Can anybody help me with an experience of trouble shooting of LED search lights with remote.

I'd contact the manufacturer.  If the light turns out to be defective open a Return Request for an ITEM NOT AS DESCRIBED, defective. Seller will pay for the return, if he wants it back, and/or refund. If no response by the fourth day, go back and ask ebay to step in. Do not close or let the case expire without doing this, if not resolved.
