Not received item

I did contact my seller and let’s them know situation , usps delivered item but put in a wrong mailbox, this is not seller fault after I let seller know what should I do next

Go to your PO with the tracking # and ask the clerk to look up the delivery.  The scanners have gps, so they can see exactly where the package was delivered.  If mis-delivered, the carrier should try to retrieve the package.

If it is a cluster of mailboxes, the carrier might be able to check if the package is still there - you might try to catch the carrier when he is delivering on Tuesday.

Until then, check with your neighbors that you happen to see.  Lots of people are away for the weekend, so you probably won't find out anything until Tuesday.
