Not getting Notifications on app

Lately not getting any notifications from my ebay app! Not even the most important like sales and messages from buyers!! Please look into this. Causing a huge problem

@lvnvcowgurl  Have you tried removing the app and reinstalling it?  Restart your phone before you reinstall the app.  

Or check under settings> notifications and toggle those off, wait a bit and toggle back on.

That's the end of my app knoweldge.
