Not being refunded

I ordered a table in May I didn't get it or a refund I contacted ebay numerous of times and it's the same thing nothing has been done .

I also noticed the item marked refunded but honestly to god I did not get my money back I bought the tablet with the last money I had for my sister to use it for school but instead I was scam on ebay guess there money back policy means nothing.

You may have waited too long to open a claim with eBay - you have 30 days after the expected delivery date. The money back guarantee works if you follow the rules.  When did you open the not received case? Just contacting customer service will not get you a refund.

If it is too late to file though eBay, call your credit card issuer - ask them to open a not received dispute for you.
