Hey so i want to return an item, but the seller is not accepting it before I ship. It says "free returns- seller pays for return shipping." So I keep messaging them saying YOU need to accept the request before I ship so i can print a free label and send it back AND get my money, but they keep responding saying, "Ship it back to us, then we will accept the return." I am so frustrated because how do I know that when I send it back with my money they are going to accept the return on ebay? I could be out even more money. Please help.
