Sold an item one week ago. Buyer doesn't pay. Buyer doesn't respond to messages. Tried to leave Negative Feedback, however the ONLY choice in the Feedback page is "Positive" feedback! How can that be? I can only leave Positive feedback, even for a non-payer who doesn't communicate? What in the world is going on. And can't seem to get help from eBay. Very frustrating. Help!

When sellers could leave negative feedback, it was abused as retaliation. So eBay ended the possibility.
In case of non payment, wait until day 5. Then you can cancel for non payment.
The buyer gets a defect and the both of you cannot leave feedback.
Ebay sends reminders. If you do that too, you have to wait longer with the cancellation.

Thank you, but my sense is that a member should be able to leave negative feedback when it is deserved.
