Non Payers

I have recently experienced more than the usual amount of Buyers who are not paying (even those Buyers where I have accepted their Best Offer).   My complaint is that Ebay is making me wait 6 days before I cancel for non-payment.  Is there a way to customize this wait period to a shorter wait time (like 4 days)?

Do you have combined payments set up for 5 days? That would cause you to have to wait 7 days.

Generally it is 5 days - the buyer gets 4 days to pay, then on day 5 you can cancel.
