No views and hacking

Does anyone know how to contact eBay regarding hacking from Black web? I have no views for months, a hunch of AI accounts bidding and canceling. Unknown followers that I believe are sabotaging my sales. Tried multiple times to get in contact with new eBay to no avail. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated
