I am trying to contact eBay support about an issue with an international buyer's label. However, the automated assistant is only giving me the options "Have us call you" or "Call us", with no option for text chat with a live agent. I can't use my phone at the moment but need to get this label problem resolved.
I've never had this issue before - is there a way to get to text chat with an agent or has eBay removed that feature altogether?

It appears that eBay has removed the direct links to request a chat with a human.
