What does a buyer do when an auto part purchased doesn't work as it should (even though it is a remanufactured part)? Plus Seller has not responded to my complaint.

Yes, it applies to international purchases. If the seller doesn’t refund, and just sends you an address for return, you’ll need to use the step in link - eBay can instruct the seller to send you the $ for the return shipping outside of eBay. Do not accept the promise of a reimbursement.

Return it for a refund at the seller’s expense.
Go to your purchase history - select return this item. Under reasons select does not match the description, and follow the prompts.
The seller has 3 business days to send you a return label or a refund. If he doesn't, or says he can not send a label, go to your case and click 'ask us to step in'.

Appreciated your advice. Sorry for not responding sooner, the Thanksgiving Holidays and with friends coming from out of town was a total distraction. Will this work for international purchases? This ABS pump weight is over 15 lbs and came from China.
Sincerely

The seller responded today (12/05/2024) and seems to be stalling. This is the reply I got:
"Hi, We are contacting to our tech depart. Once there is a reply, I will feedback to you immediately, thanks. Due to the large amount of information in the warehouse, our staff need time to check. Thank you"
I replied with a deadline of 12/10/2024. That is 3 business day from the time I applied for Refund/Return via Ebay or give or take a day for international timelines. I think China is 12 or 13 hours a head of U.S. CTS.
Thanks
