If you would rather contact customer service here are the ways to do so. You have to let customer service call you back if you choose that option as they are working from home, there is not a phone number you can call directly.

If you are using a cell phone turn off the spam filter or it may block the call back
( If you receive the automated chat assistant type AGENT in the small box on the lower right of the linked page then you will see the options to contact a live agent, you may have to answer the chat bots questions before it allows you to connect to an agent, this is so you are connected to the right department)

Select Contact US then type AGENT in the chat box on the lower right corner.
