No money, no explanation

My experience with EBay has been horrible. Your staff prevented me from connecting my checking account so I could collect my money from my keyboard sale. The client was happy and they paid promptly. Then, your staff suspended my account without explanation and refuse to tell me why or pay what you owe me. I am preparing a lawsuit and will share my experiences with all who I know. Randy Zee

How come you couldn't connect your checking account?

Was it an account through a real bank.

You'll receive the funds, it'll just be a little while.

The ebay reps who tried to help me told me at first, it was my credit union. Then I opened a local account and received the same error code. Then I was told to go with B of A, "They always work" and had the same result. Then they advised some minor account changes and to wait for system reset. When the last guy suggested resetting the system for 48 hours (again), I demanded to speak to a manager. The manager needed ten minutes and discovered the problem, EBay had suspended my account! The sale of my item went through fine and EBa was paid. I was transferred to a very rude rep who informed me that my account was suspended and that they did not have to tell me why. They owe me just over $1k and the sale was in  April! 

What a horrible experience. I spent bout 3 hours on the phone trying to unravel this mess and now I don't even know why this transaction crashed and burned.

Some have used a credit union without any problems, but they are not a bank.

I don't know why they told you go with BOA, because they have a lot of problems with them.

What error code did you receive?

Perhaps one of you might be able to give this Seller some direction on how to get paid for their $ 1000 sale ... sounds like a masterful eBay run-a-round ...

Make sure the name on your checking account matches the name on your ebay account exactly. If needed add a middle initial or middle name if needed.

Make sure your registered address is a physical address and not a P.O. box. You can change it later after you are in Managed Payments.

They said that they could not accept my information and to try something else. Six reps could not figure out why.

Yeah, I went through all of that with the many (6) reps I talked to.
