No money back guarantee for my missing slides?

Have you ever not received money back after there being given an item missing? This was the case for me. I payed for 2 pair of shoes and received 1. As much money as I paid for Shipping and customs under this new eBay international shipping, I feel there shouldn't be a problem. EBay makes billions of dollars a year . Why can't they pay their customers for items not received. The box was not locked in a mailbox which we do have but sitting on a table just outside of mail room.  The eBay hope you do well this quater, after all you do keep people's earned cash even if they don't receive their goods .

Buyers are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee. They can request a refund if an item doesn’t show up. Some sellers may also be able to send you a replacement. If you buy internationally with a long delivery period, a replacement is not a good idea.

So, check if the latest estimated delivery date has passed.

Then you have maximum 30 days for letting the seller officially know. A few days after doing that, you can ask eBay to step in, if it’s still not solved.

So, it's a two step procedure.

Same seller. Both items were supposed to be in same box. Thx for helping

Maybe your request for a refund is automatically denied because tracking shows delivery.

Then you have to make an appeal.
