No manufacturer address and seller not responding

Hi I purchased 6000w vacuum from ebay in July now stop working. I contact to allstat they told contect to manufacturer but no address or contect on product when eBay customer service don't know who is manufacture . Need suggestion what to do.

Who is the manufacturer of the vacuum?  It has to be somewhere on the vacuum.  Then do a Google search for the manufacturer.  Surely, they must have a website, and you should find the address there.
