No Sales for a month now!

Good afternoon.  I have used eBay both as a seller and buyer since 2003.  As the years have gone by I noticed my sales have gone down.  I have not been active the whole 14 years.  Right now I started selling two months ago.  I have had one sale.  Any advice on what I can do to increase sales?  I offer 30-day return, free shipping on most items, etc.  I just do not understand.  # years ago I was doing quite well with the items I was selling.  Any suggestions?
